Subcellular particle isolation, purification, concentration and buffer exchange is easy using our S-TECH technology with its highly precise track-etched pores. In this video below we demonstrate the isolation of urinary subcellular particles. In a single low-cost device, subcellular particles are captured, purified, concentrated and buffer exchanged for down-stream sample processing. There are no column fractions to be analyzed for optimal vesicle recovery, the vesicles remain at the original and the contaminating proteins and compounds are washed away. There is no down-stream concentrating steps or additional devices required, the vesicles are recovered in a small volume using the same S-TECH device. Whatever down-stream processing is required, whether it be PAGE, ELISA, EM, PCR etc, S-TECH enables you to quickly equilibrate your sample into the ideal buffer for the next operation.
